Tykesha , Thank you for your feedback. I tested the charging port before and after your trip, and it was working properly. After your rental, I verified the port was working, and the next guest reported no charging issues. As a result of your feedback, I left a cord in the car to prevent the issue that you had with your cords .I appreciate your business and wish you the best.
