AC didn’t work and unable to lock car as FOB broken (I replaced battery and still no good) and ignition key did NOT unlock door. Host unable to assist with lock out when contacted. Car was fine other than that.

Pickup and drop-off was easy.
Car quality was junk. Check engine light and tire pressure came on 7 miles after driving it. I waited for them to open, got into something different, and the worker in there stated they just got that car in, that it’s a sensor for both of them. The car is fine. The car drove like it needed struts; you felt every little bump. Cosmetically, the hood was a different color from the car, the cover under the steering wheel was missing, the cover to the fuse box was missing, and the charging port couldn’t be used to do no casing around it so you could plug it in. The key fob did not lock the doors.
Rachael- the check engine light and tire pressure lights were in fact caused by sensors. They are already fixed. The cover around the steering wheel is just a plastic shroud that we have on order from Hyundai. Korean parts can take a while to come in. This car is indeed new to our fleet, and if it was not safe to drive, we wouldn’t have it on the road. This car does not need struts. Velosters are economy cars and they do not ride like Escalades. Sorry you were displeased with the vehicle.
