Car rode a little rough left side sounds bad needs oil change

Unfortunately for my original vehicle, l was unable to retrieve. The host was very kind and said they would like to upgrade my vehicle with the same rate. What l thought would be a better vehicle was not so I'm scared of how the original vehicle was. My complaint is about the vehicle and its maintenance NOT the host. Vehicle smell like water soaked the carpet and it was never properly clean. Vehicle felt like it was going to fall apart while driving. Vehicle has a very very slow stall when trying to accelerate at any time. Vehicle eventually starts meaning sometimes its starts right up and others its a minute before it turns over and acts like it doesn't want to start.

We can not duplicate the issue you are writing us about. The vehicle does have a stop/start feature, which can be turned on and off. I think that’s what you may be referring to Maybe you just were not used to it or aware there is a button to turn it off. If you leave it on, it’s supposed to improve your fuel economy along with the eco function that was on that saves gas but accelerates slower.
Good gas mileage, clean, smelled nice. Got the job done.

My experience was not the best for my first time going through Turo my car was making noise I told the Turo guy I didn’t feel safe driving on the road with the vehicle took it back up there he test drove it nd of course he didn’t hear anything I didn’t feel safe driving to Chicago but I had no choice but to drive it I even took the car back a day early cause I was soooo disappointed I don’t know if I would reuse Turo in the future the trip was to pick up my daughter from airport

You brought the vehicle back after asking me how much the total Miles could be on this Vehicle during your trip. When I informed you that you’d be paying $.36 a mile for everything over the allotted miles. You then said. I’ve already gone to Chicago and back where I needed to go so I guess I’ll just drop it off.
