I had a great first experience renting through Turo. The gentleman I rented from was very professional, accommodating, and made the process smooth from start to finish. He went out of his way to upgrade us to a better vehicle at no extra charge when the original rental was unexpectedly in for maintenance. The communication was clear and timely, and the car itself was in excellent condition. I appreciate the personal touch and flexibility — it made the experience hassle-free. I would definitely rent from him again.
