Host was super responsive and incredibly accommodating. The only inconvenience was the first day I noticed the headlight was out but the host had a spare and I was able to replace it- otherwise I had no issues and would book this again .

Communication with the host at pickup was difficult. I tried the day before and that day to notify them that I’d be an hour late but there was no response. We ended up having to call them directly for the code to enter the vehicle after waiting 10 minutes for a reply through the app. Upon pickup the vehicle had a dirty/musty smell which I called the host about. I was assured that the vehicles are thoroughly cleaned after each rental which didn’t actually help us as the car clearly hadn’t been cleaned this time. No solution was offered. We took the vehicle anyways and the smell seemed to be get worse every day. We would air out the car as often as possible often waking up hours before our departures to allow for the smell to escape. We even had to use public transport instead of driving the vehicle because the stench would make my passenger gag so often. On one of our last days the air conditioning stopped working and the coolant light came on. I reached out for how to handle the coolant issue. Only then were they responsive. However the offered solutions to return the car early were not satisfactory. We still needed transportation for the duration of our trip. Our concerns regarding the cleanliness and smell were not taken seriously at check in and they should have been. Our time in this vehicle truly felt like a punishment.
Thanks for your review. We advise all guests to read their notifications and emails regarding having a two hour window to pickup a vehicle. Also, we are contactless and provide you with clear instructions on how to obtain the key code. All our vehicles are thoroughly sanitized and cleaned prior to rental. Renters beware, the guest pushes for reimbursements and ways to avoid paying. Also, fails to agree to swap the vehicle into another. There is always an out including towing back to us.
