Nothing wrong with the car. The hold, however, was rather unpleasant to deal with. First, communication was passive aggressive throughout. Second, and most important, the host made me pay additional unexpected parking fees totalling $72. This is in addition to the $60 delivery fee.
The car was delivered with tank about 75% full. For that reason, I refueled it up to about 80-85% (actually more, as a courtesy). The host, on the other hand, charged me for refueling the tank up to 100% in addition to some arbitrary "refueling fees." Absolutely unfair and compltely outrageous. Do not recomment renting from these people.
