Showed up late with a different car, got harassed for parking in the wrong spot, and the car smelled like an ashtray.
We respectfully disagree with this review. The originally reserved vehicle was not returned on time by the previous renter, so we upgraded your trip from a 2016 model to a 2024 model at no additional cost to avoid any disruption. The change was communicated in advance and accepted. You completed the trip using the replacement vehicle under the standard contactless process. Communication remained professional throughout. A goodwill credit was also provided for in case if it was “inconvenience”.
