Awful experience. I was left stranded an hour from home, host was very disrespectful and tried to make it seem like it was my fault, there has been issues with the vehicle for over a year now, and you can see that in “vehicle alert history”. Would not recommend.

I’m sorry the vehicle developed an issue during your trip. However, I disagree with your claim that the vehicle was already having problems when you picked it up. Please review the vehicle’s previous reviews since it was added to our fleet. No guest had reported this issue before your trip. We take vehicle maintenance and guest safety seriously, and we expect concerns to be handled fairly and respectfully. I’ll let the vehicle’s history and the facts speak for themselves.
