Trip did not go as planned. Car wasn’t the best
We’re sorry the trip did not meet your expectations. When concerns were mentioned, our team attempted to reach out by call and message to assist. Despite the stated issues, the reservation was extended multiple times and the vehicle remained in use throughout the trip. The excess distance charge was based on mileage over the amount included in the booking and was approved through Turo’s reimbursement process per policy.

The car drives really smooth and good on gas will definitely book again. And great host and great communication
