The worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. The host was less than helpful during an issue with the car battery while we were 2 hours from home. This caused us to be over 2 hrs late checking out from our VRBO and missing lunch reservations we were looking forward to. I had to utilize my own AAA account to get service out to jump the car battery. In the process of all of this, I was told by road side assistance via Turo, that a tow and/or battery would be at my cost. Even though, I had purchased road side assistance through Turo as a back up measure. Never thinking we would need it.
Please, do your own due diligence if you were to rent from this particular Turo dealer.
