I had such an amazing experience renting the i4 electric BMW from Ms. Nerrisa💞 The car was very clean and smooth. She was so professional and kind with every interaction. I did not have much questions throughout my trip but when I did, she was super communicative throughout the whole process. I would absolutely book with her again and this experience was much better than going through your normal renting agencies like Hertz and Enterprise.
She also dropped the vehicle off to me and picked it up so I really appreciate that. Thank you for making my trip so seamless.

The car was really nice, by far the smoothest ride ever, it was clean and comfortable. Nerissa was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She answered all my questions promptly and provided clear instructions for pickup and drop-off. I really appreciated her willingness to work around my schedule, which made the entire experience feel personalized. I will definitely book with her in the future.
