Overall, I’m grateful that I was provided with a vehicle to rent. I will say, however, I am disappointed that prior, during, or after my trip (with the exception of clearing up an issue), there was no communication/instruction/welcome given as I still consider that to be good business etiquette. The car wasn’t as clean as I would have expected, but the car itself is EXTREMELY fuel efficient and drives smooth which was definitely a plus! I personally will not rent again, but, I still am highly appreciative of the rental.

Car needed to be cleaned when I got it, I left it clean though... maintenance needed to be done and driving long distance a hot tea cup appeared asking me to take a break from driving I assume.
I had the car for 30 days outside of those things it drove well and got me A to B.
