Isaac organized everything very conviently. The car was fine, very clean and with a welcoming setup. And his communication was the best I've ever seen renting in Turo. Will rent again!

I unfortunately had to return the car shortly after picking it up because it was infested with ants

The vehicle’s condition was documented in the Turo check-in photos, and no evidence of these concerns was reported at that time. We cannot control where a vehicle is parked during a trip. Afterward, we immediately inspected it, recorded a video for Turo, and found no evidence of ants or unusual odor. We remain committed to providing clean, well-maintained vehicles.
