Good pickup very bad drop off had to go to 3 lots and the communication was very difficult

Not sure why the two stars. Both daily parking lots were full for some reason and I have no control on that. Guest was instructed promptly and in details, how and when to return when I was made aware
Car was in great condition. And very easy to pick up. The host was super responsive and answered questions right away. Only thing is that the car play in the car didn’t work. Otherwise all was good!

This was an absolutely perfect car! Very smooth ride and extremely clean and well kept. I liked it so much I kept it an extra day because I felt it was very reasonably priced for the quality. The owner was very professional and had outstanding communication. He even helped me get my license cleared when I was having an issue. Excellent price. Great vehicle!
