Everything was super easy. The car rode great. It was very clean and well kept. I would absolutely rent again. He was very friendly and great to talk with while we waited on our pick-up ride.

I would’ve have the car 5 stars but honestly there was a lot happening with the car that I’m not use to. Pickup was great and George was really nice so I thought it would be a smooth ride and it did start off that way. The engine light would not go off! It stayed on majority of the time but George has reassured me that it’s nothing wrong with the car, it’s on because of the gas tank. When I was driving to return the car, we hit a pothole and I was prepare to fix the situation quickly but there was no spare tire which was very inconvenient for me and I had a flight to catch. I did end up contacting turo to let them know there was not a spare and then car had to get towed unfortunately. I had to get my sister to school and make my way to the airport with no real help but it did get done. I would rent from George again because he was really nice and it was a smooth trip all the way until the end but I would just suggest for a better system to be in place if something occurs beyond the customers control.
