The pickup process was seamless and very easy, and the vehicle itself was clean and in good condition. The renter was a little slow on response time and not very helpful. Looking back, I noticed the listing did indicate that it was an electric vehicle; however, I believe additional information for renters who may be unfamiliar with EVs would greatly improve the experience. Providing guidance on charging expectations, compatible charging networks, and recommended charging locations would be especially helpful.
Unfortunately, the return process was frustrating. Prior to returning the vehicle, I asked for recommendations on charging stations near the airport and was simply advised to “Google it.” While I am certainly capable of doing that, I had hoped someone familiar with the area could recommend a convenient, reliable charging location. That local knowledge would have made the return process much smoother.
As a result, our return was delayed because we struggled to find a compatible non-Tesla charging station near the airport. Fortunately, we had only driven the vehicle to and from the airport. Had we relied on it for more extensive travel, the lack of guidance could have created a much more significant inconvenience.
Overall, the vehicle itself met expectations, but providing better support and resources for renters of electric vehicles would significantly enhance the customer experience.

Picked up location is perfect but too early for the airport parking, the host is on time response to text massages and the car is okay if you have any electricity plug in outside where you stay at otherwise it is very limited where you can charge it is not compatible with Tesla charging stations but it's a nice small car
