1) I asked for an airport pick up, they obliged but said I had to pay to get the car out of the parking lot. No problem, should be cheap as you would think they dropped it off for me day of rental. Nope, $18 parking fee because the car has been there for 2 days. Scummy.
2) Two day rental, morning of day 2, vehicle would not start and I had to take Ubers instead of driving as planned. I had quite a bit to do that didn't get done.
3) Originally paid $200. Ubers $85. Missed errands that resulted in just throwing stuff away $50.
4) Spent an hour on the phone with TURO trying to get a refund that at least made me whole. Was refunded $114.
10/10 would not rent again.

Guest was accommodated as per the requests. After inspecting the car, mechanic said the car was running for long period of time without driving which caused an issue of whatever she described.
The quality of the vehicle was very nice, and well kept. Owner was very honest, communicative and accommodating. First time using turo and it’s been a good experience. Will definitely use Turo more because of this good service. The cat was smooth and fun to drive.
