I rent this vehicle every time I go to Fargo! Doesn’t matter if it’s a winter or summer it’s a great vehicle

Chris communicated very well and was quite supportive. We enjoyed the car too. The minor inconveniences with the car were tolerable with us for this trip. Chris also mentioned having appointments to fix those issues. The ride was comfortable, clean, and smelled great. We would totally recommend Chris and would rent from him again in the future.

This was the most embarrassing experience with this car. The auto drive will kill you. It scrubs when you turn , and the cars do not hold battery life at all.
A post-trip fee was applied for the vehicle being returned below the required charge level per listing guidelines. The review may be in response to that fee rather than an accurate reflection of the trip experience, as no concerns were raised during the rental.
I provided detailed instructions on charging, cold weather battery performance, and vehicle operation, and attempted to reach out during your trip but did not receive a response nor were any issues raised with the stay.
