Needs oil changed is code on car pops up

It was a code 82 which is a automatically triggered on a mileage interval it was not reset during previous oil change.
Location was supposed to be to be the airport and it was not. Could have been an issue on my end. First time using this service so again it could’ve been my mistake. Overall good communication. Car is good for in town commutes.
