So this was one of the worst experiences of my life. I don’t know if I would ever rent a car again through Turo after my experience.He gave me a car that was unsafe to drive which is very unlawful and then after that was a problem didn’t want to pay to fix his own car and tried to threaten me and manipulate me to pay for it and tell me that the only way I’d be able to get home to New York was if I paid for it. The pick up was for 8 PM and he wasn’t ready until 10 PM all four of his tires were bald with no thread. There was no spare and also he had the wrong size tires on the car to try to make it look better and save money. Not the manufacturer recommended size. Everything about this experience was negative and I feel I deserve 100% refund after the situation I’m spending seven hours at a car shop to fix a car that’s not even mine. To make it all worse after 7 hours of being at the mechanic I had to come out of pocket and pay a 106 dollar Uber home.
