NO SMOKING- To keep her in great shape, and per Turo TOS (cigarettes, cigars, weed, Vape, etc) or air fresheners. A substantial fee will be assessed if this rule is violated. NO PETS inside the vehicle Before each trip, I thoroughly clean and disinfect the car and have a safety inspection check list including tire pressure and tread depth for your peace of mind. I am here to make your time in my car as hassle free and easy as possible. Feel free to contact me if there is anything I can do to make this a 5 star trip for you! The primary driver on the Turo account must be present, with a valid driver’s license to receive the vehicle. Only the primary driver or Turo approve secondary drivers may drive the vehicle. Per Turo guidelines, no smoking/vaping of any type, no drugs, no use for illegal activities by anyone in the vehicle and it may not be driven out of the country (i.e. Mexico or Canada). If onboard equipment detects smoking activity at any point during the rental period a cleaning/deodorizing fee up to $250 will be charged to your credit or debit card. If you return the car needing more than a car wash and vacuum please expect a fee depending on the severity as outlined within Turo's cleaning policy. Toll charges/tickets and any other incurred expenses during your trip will be processed through Turo per policy. Please see FAQ on this for some options.

• May I or my guests smoke in the car?

  No smoking, vaping, or drugs are allowed in the car per Turo's terms of service. Consequences include: * Hefty fines * My rating your trip at a 1 star and the reason * Being banded by Turo or by hosts

• Do I need to refuel the car before bringing it back?

  You don’t if you prepaid for fuel. Otherwise, yes, you need to return it with the same fuel level it had when you received it. There is an additional fee for not returning at same level.

• Do I have to get the car cleaned before I return it?

  You do need to return the car in the same cleanliness that you received it. I always clean and disinfect the car before turning it over to a guest. You do not need to wash or vacuum the car. To avoid cleaning fees, don’t smoke, or leave stains, or messes in the car.

• What if I need to keep the car longer?

  No problem! Just go into your trip, select “change trip” and put in a new return day and time. As long as it’s not booked and you’re being a good guest, I always approve extensions.
