Car was super clean almost new drove perfect will rent again

Kent seems to have a bit of a temperament when issues with his vehicles come up (noted from two different rentals) while all seems to go smoothly, until it doesn’t due to car maintenance neglect, he becomes a bit arrogant and not so friendly. After a tire blew out with my family on the interstate, I reached out directly and was offered another rental car the following day to which I extended my rental to get the replacement vehicle, the following the day I was followed up with a message stating the rental was no longer available and after speaking with Kent regarding getting a new tire from a warranty on his part I was flat out told no. Problems that were not caused by me in any way w ere not fixed. The spare tire was no good as it was flat and I was not able to use the vehicle for two days even though I was paying for it. There was also a previous issue of Kent placing an Apple AirTag, which is a breech of Turo’s agreement rules, not once but twice in the vehicle even after he was made aware that it was not legal, tracking of every place I went throughout my entire trip which makes me HIGHLY uncomfortable and an invasion of privacy especially because it was never disclosed to me. I will note that Turo completely took care of the situation but I would highly advise not renting from this gentleman.
