Car was given to me dirty. Windows were hard to see out of and a driving hazard during rain. Had to stop by side of highway to clean windshield the day I picked it up and spent on a car wash next day to feel comfortable with kids being in it.

The vehicle was thoroughly cleaned and washed immediately before your pickup, as we do with every vehicle before a trip. When you returned the vehicle, you told us everything was perfect. We only became aware of these complaints after the fuel charge was issued. Had you contacted us about any concern, we would have addressed it immediately.
