Excellent car and great customer service! Would rent from this owner again :)

Great car and host

I can't recommend renting from this host based on my experience. I spent over $1,400 on this booking, including extending the trip by two days. On the first day of the extension, the vehicle became inoperable and wouldn't start. I contacted the host immediately but received no meaningful response or assistance while I was dealing with the issue. As a result, I had to pay for Uber rides and even purchase jumper cables in an attempt to get the car running. Despite all of that, I returned the vehicle early and with a full tank of gas. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication. Instead of acknowledging the breakdown or asking what happened, the only response I received afterward was a generic thank-you message saying it was a five-star experience and that I was welcome to rent again. Vehicle issues can happen, but customer service and communication matter. I expected much better support when the car became unusable. I uploaded my receipt of uber/lyft and buying jumper cables and even Turo said it's not enough to issue a refund. This will be my last time utilizing Turo.

Great communication with owner. Good car, great on gas. I was highly pleased. I would recommend getting again.
