I had a great experience with this Turo rental. The car was very clean, drove smoothly, and was excellent on gas, which made the trip even better. The host was also very understanding and responsive throughout the entire process, making everything easy and stress-free. I would definitely book again!

The issues I faced: I was upset that I had to call the host a few times as I waited to know where the car was located since it wasn’t placed in the directions after booking. Once I finally got to the car, it was covered in snow. I understand not being able to control the weather but the car could’ve been cleaned off at the least. I had to remove all the snow, take my video to show the car’s current condition, and sit with it on defrost leaving my reservation start time around 45 mins (30 mins waiting on host and 15 mins cleaning snow preparing car) after it was supposed to start. It seems minor but if I were to drop the car off 45 mins after my trip was over, I would’ve been charged a full day…
Pricing is more on the higher side for the car’s condition and options.
The brakes were bad, the gas wasn’t full, the oil change was overdue, the car wasn’t fully cleaned inside. I found old chip bags inside the pockets and a water bottle. Standard Bluetooth.
Cons- Host does make it easy to extend if needed. No major issues with the vehicle. Safe area to pick/drop off, no matter the time. Early and late drop off availability. I would be cautious of the early depending on how soon you book it.
I would’ve rated 3.5 but no half option available.
Overall, thanks for the trip. I would book again but next time with a different car and if the pricing was a little more realistic.
