Host was great punctual, and nice. Car functions great.

Car shown in photos was not the car provided. Car provided with only 1/2 tank of gas despite their description cars have full tank. Also headlights barely work and required bright beams being on at all times to see at night. Company took almost a full day to respond to questions about insurance and despite their claim Turo provides it, the Turo rep and their guidelines in the app state vehicle owner must maintain proof of private insurance in vehicle which they did not.
Here is your concerns are noted not realistic, but I must clarify to public: the car was returned very dirty, not to the correct location, and you did not follow the instructions provided. Throughout the trip you repeatedly asked the same personal & not related questions about rental in a rude and personal way, which made communication very difficult. I did my best to respond, but you dont understand the keep asking. I need reflected all in my review as u are not a trusted rental person anymore.
