Car had a musty smell. Check engine was on when i got the car. Instructions for pickup was not clear. There was no "lockbox". Tires need changed soon, tread is running low.

For security reasons, we cannot release the vehicle’s key location until the required verification is completed. Unfortunately, this last-minute submission delayed our ability to provide access instructions. We appreciate your feedback and will review your other concerns.

Another fantastic Turo experience! I rented this Nissan Versa for a few days to use locally, and it was exactly what I needed. The car was clean, reliable, fuel-efficient, and drove smoothly the entire trip. I had zero issues from pickup to drop-off.
