Unfortunately, my experience with this car was not as expected.
The vehicle had a very bad smell, and there was a strong marijuana odor, which made the drive uncomfortable.
Additionally, the car was not fully charged upon pickup, which caused inconvenience and delays.
While the host’s communication and attitude were polite and professional, the car itself did not justify the price.
Thanks for the review. Guest noted there was a smell and was offered a refund for an early return. She refused and forcibly asked for a discount. When the vehicle was returned, there was no bad smell in the vehicle.
The car was charged to 70% at pickup and I provide free charging to all my guests during the trip. As it is an electric vehicle, cars are never charged to 100% for battery health.
Free charging, and a discount and guest still is not happy because I did not provide a full refund.
