Terrible service didnt get the car I reserved and when I asked for a more fuel efficient car, no one got back to me but the car I wanted they placed it in the site for reservation. Just not good service overall.
Unfortunately, the original vehicle reserved became unavailable after being damaged by the previous guest right before this trip. Instead of canceling, we provided a complimentary upgrade from the reserved Kia to a BMW at no extra charge. After pickup, the guest requested a more fuel-efficient vehicle, but unfortunately we had no other vehicles available at the time. This review appears to be based on inventory availability rather than the service or vehicle provided.

DPR saved my trip a family funeral after flight was cancelled same day and arrival change to a different airport. Cancelled flight was meant to arrive at DCA Reagan but new flight arrived to IAD Dulles about the same time. Turo DPR agreeably changed car pick up to IAD and still let me drop for return flight at DCA. Thank you! Further, I really like older nice cars so this 2014 BMW 3 series really fit while giving a little wow to friends and family vs standard rentals.
