The host was very nice and communicated well overall, which I appreciated. However, I did experience some concerning issues with the vehicle during my trip. The transmission/check engine warning light came on, and I noticed a significant delay or hesitation when accelerating the car would sometimes take longer than expected to respond after pressing the gas. At certain speeds, the vehicle also began to shake.
I notified the host about the warning light and the acceleration issue. While he did eventually respond and apologize for missing my message, there was a significant delay in communication, and by the time we discussed it further, my trip was already almost over.
Overall, the host was pleasant to work with, but based on my experience, I would recommend this vehicle more for shorter, local trips rather than long distance or road trips until the mechanical issues are addressed.

When I first got the car, host told me to pay the parking fee. The key after I disputed it, he said it was refundable. It took him a couple days to send it back. Then, the car had the metallic finish peeling off, it sliced my arm. I let the host know and they did nothing. Now I have a long scar on my arm caused by their vehicle: I will NEVER rent from them again.

Sorry for the inconvenience, I did all I could to accommodate. Parking was refunded and there’s nothing that I could do about the scratch on your arm.
