Pickup location and host were great, car just struggled in throttle response (I think it’s just how the car is manufactured) and shaking occasionally at 70 mph but overall, a good car to get around.

Pick up was a bit challenging due to the app malfunctioning and directions not being sent. I went on a seek and find mission which was a bit frustrating due to me coming from another state at the airport, however once I located the car, it was clean with a full tank of gas, bottled water, and gum which was appreciated after my flight. There was an issue with the front passenger air bag. Hosts were responsive and helpful throughout the entire rental process. I would rent with them again.
