The key fob wasn't working the radio was dead. We had to wait one hour for someone to come and fix it and then the engine smelled and we checked the oil and the oil was overflowing in dripped oil every day on my friends driveway so we had to get cardboard for the oil leak
The key fob is brand. Not sure on why it is being stated that it was not working. The radio did have a fuse issue and we immediately took care of it. This was an electronic glitch and she wanted us to compensate her. She was also annoyed with Turo because she wanted a different rate than what Turo was showing. She was angry that she had to pay a certain rate. She was unsatisfied before she even picked up the vehicle. I Should have cancelled her but Didn’t want Turo 2 penalize me for cancelling.

Pickup and drop off went smoothly. I appreciated the hosts left money for the first hr of parking. We had issues with the key fob not unlocking the door and had to manually open with the key which would sometimes trigger the car alarm.
