The car was great but the host wasn’t nice and had a lot of unnecessary attitude and sass.
I assume you felt I had an attitude when I politely told you that if you had concerns about the rental, you had time to cancel and book another car more suitable for you. I was not being rude. Just frank. I rent cars on Turo so I don’t have to be customer service. I agree with you, that’s not any interest of mine. I prefer customers just pick up and drop off with very little interaction from me. I hope this review helps future renters as well. I don’t want to chat a lot or meet in person ☺️

The Car drove pretty good, and looks even better on the outside, but the inside really needs a deep cleaning…Host should also give clear instructions on where to park the car when returning the vehicle. Prepare to pay for parking when you pick up
very flexible about return of the vehicle. After this I’ll be sure to update my policy. you left the car in a totally different off site parking deck, not any deck at the airport, and did not indicate that at all in drop off details. I called to help guide you to the right airport you refused because you were rushing.
If I drop the car early I pay the fee. But I drop the car minutes before pick up to avoid fees. If you are late there is a charge per hour because… it’s an airport parking deck.
