Great car to travel with around the island. Eco-friendly, super cool air conditioner, and drove very smoothly. Owners are very nice, respectful, and communicative. I would recommend and rent again!

This is a 2012, so it’s a little worn, however it worked great! Handles well on the H1 to Honolulu. Ruben was very accommodating and responsive. No issues with the vehicle. A/C was very good. Space in a Prius is very good. And it was exceptional on gas. Never plugged it in, but it only took $30 to fill. Would rent again.

The car itself was not the best quality, but it got the job done for our trip. As drop off came closer, however, the owners tried to get us to professionally clean the vehicle prior to drop off. Instead, we tidied up the vehicle to what is acceptable according to Turo guest guidelines. Upon returning the vehicle, the owners got mad at us, citing the vehicle was in terrible condition and attempted to get us to pay for cleaning of the vehicle off the books. When we refused, they filed a Turo cleaning fee for $150, which we challenged and voided as Turo Support saw the claim as invalid. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience from the hosts.
