I would not rent from this host again.
I picked up the vehicle around noon, and within a few hours, while driving to the airport, the car began shaking, the check engine light came on, and it lost power and would not accelerate properly. The vehicle had to be towed from the highway. This was a frightening experience, especially while traveling.
In addition to the mechanical failure, the car had a roach infestation (I personally killed several during my rental) and the air conditioning was very weak.
The host later told me the problem was a misfire and that the mechanic had replaced parts, but after experiencing a breakdown on the first day of my trip, I no longer felt comfortable driving that vehicle. A replacement vehicle was provided, but I was then asked about switching back to the original car after it had been repaired.
This situation caused significant stress and disrupted the beginning of my return home and visit with my family. I expected a safe, reliable, and clean vehicle, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I did provide best service , replaced the car within a minutes, i don’t have any roaches , that’s not true , she has migraines or personality disorder
Yes car had misfire it just happened I didn’t know but I replaced vehicle within a minutes . , it just happened and replaced with new car and fought traffic on my way back . I went extra mile for customer , to make her happy
