Overall, the experience was great, pick up drop off all very detailed. The car was exactly as it was described. No issues. The only thing after I booked and realized it was nonrefundable were some additional fees that I did not originally see. In the past when I have rented from Turo, there were not those additional fees or they were disclosed initially. For those with a Costco membership, it might be cheaper. I just suggest reading all details and fine line fees, etc., before booking.
