The car had several issues during our rental. The window on the right side was not working properly — when it closed, it sometimes wouldn’t open again, which was very inconvenient. The overall condition of the car also seemed a little questionable, and there was a strange noise coming from the rear while driving. I’m not sure what was causing it.
We would have been willing to overlook these issues, but unfortunately, we were not able to extend the rental for even 4–5 hours beyond our scheduled end time. We understand that extensions may not always be possible, but we expected a little more help and flexibility from the owner. Instead, we were simply told, “I don’t know, it wasn’t a problem like that.”

The vehicle was available to extend, but you asked to negotiate a lower price and chose not to extend when I couldn’t offer it for free. The driver-side window was undamaged at delivery but returned damaged, and the noises now present were not there before your trip. The gas was not refilled, and you took the parking ticket, first saying you didn’t, then saying it “should be in there.” Seems your review lacks key details, but I hope this filled the gaps!
Great car and had an amazing day. The only down side was them being late for drop off of the car and pick up. I am a person that is usually on time and planning things on time, waiting 20 min for the car was not in my plans

Car was good, Apple CarPlay didn’t work for my iPhone which sucked but otherwise a great car for the price. Bit faded and worn in most places but drives well, expensive for premium though.
