This was our first time using Turo for a rental vehicle and Clarissa and her team made it so easy. The car pickup was easy when we got here, the vehicle worked great for our time on Oahu and was good on gas and the return process was simple. Would definitely recommend using Clarissa and her team if you’re looking for a vehicle for your trip

Car had damage all over both inside and out. Inconvenient pick up and drop off. Tank was not full and we returned it not full. Still charged for fueling. Low tire pressure, check engine light on. Car also did some weird sputtering.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the vehicle didn’t meet your expectations. The vehicle’s condition is documented in the listing and pre-trip photos. It was provided with 3/4 of a tank and returned below that level, which is why a refueling invoice was submitted. The low tire pressure was caused by a nail puncture during the trip, which we were not notified about. Unfortunately, unexpected road hazards can happen and are beyond our control.
The car, service and communication was top tier. It was a last minute booking because another Turo canceled when we landed and their team was able to save the day! Strong AC, smooth car and great on gas! Thank you! Will book again when we return

Renting with Clarissa was great! We had an issue with the original car we rented and they found us a replacement and brought it out to us. Great to work with and great communication. I would definitely rent from them again!
