Barry is the man!🤙 Great car was a joy to drive! Fast communication and very understandable with what was happening with the hurricane lala being here and the power outage for the gas stations! I would highly recommend renting any vehicle from him I know I'm going to rent more!

Pickup/drop off was fine. Car was beautiful. BUT the breakers were so loud it was embarrassing to drive. We didn’t even want to pull up to valet it was so bad. There is a lot of stop and go traffic here so it was pretty much just squealing the entire time. Couldn’t even drive with the top off because it was so agitating. The host was very unresponsive (it shows that he was reading the messages) then after multiple messages in a row he would respond with something like “just break really hard and it will go away”. Which it didn’t. He offered no solutions. Then when it comes time to contact me for the car pickup he starts responding to everything. All around bad experience. I can see why there are other bad reviews. I’ve documented everything. I have screenshots of the messages and videos of the noise. He still continues to deny it.

Thanks for your feedback. Brake noise may be common with performance brake systems, especially in stop and go traffic, and isn’t necessarily a mechanical issue. Despite this, after picking up the vehicle we did not note any noises coming from the breaks and video footage was even provided to you. We responded throughout your trip, offered troubleshooting, and even offered to pick up the vehicle if you were uncomfortable continuing to drive it.
The car quality was great pick up. Location was great and communication was great.. I would highly recommend booking this car.!!!
