My experience was disappointing. The host was late responding and delayed the vehicle handoff. The car also had an unpleasant odor upon pickup. To make matters worse, I was later charged $500. Overall, the experience was frustrating and did not meet my expectations. I hope future renters have a better experience.

Thanks for your feedback. I want to clarify that I did respond as soon as I was able, and I have the full trip details. Your final receipt was for $211.31 for the duration of your rental. At no point did you receive a $500 charge. That statement is inaccurate. I also did not receive any prior report of an odor issue during the reservation, at pickup or at drop off when I handed you the keys in person. I will always aim to address any concerns immediately.
Clean and check in/check out was smooth.
