Car was scheduled to be ready by 3:30 and communicated thought messages, but the car owner did not arrive with the keys until 4:28. Car was there, but keys were not left where they were supposed to be and the owner never replied to any messages asking what was going on. Communication was lacking and we would not rent from this owner again. The car itself was in decent condition.
