Overall good experience. Great car, clean, seems well maintained. Will responds quickly and is helpful. Pick up and drop off at Logan airport was very confusing as he doesn’t use the peer to peer pick up and drop off area but the regular economy parking which costs the renter extra money. Car was dropped off by the host a few hours early so parking fee was $37. When I dropped the car off I sat at the peer to peer parking gate and couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t open for me.
