I arrived at the car and was unfortunately disappointed by the smell of cigarette smoke. The only way I did not smell also like smoke after driving in the car was to have the windows down the whole time, which was unfortunate due to the fact that it was over 100 degrees the whole weekend. I wish previous drivers would have been honest about the smell despite the fact the car said non smoking.

You also never messaged or said anything during your trip. I could have swapped you into a different car.
I try my best to prevent this, but it’s not something I’m able to prevent. I feel like 1 star review for this is uncalled for when this isn’t in my control and you never said a word during your trip.
