Convenient and very responsive host!

Host was very responsive and helpful. The car itself was a bit worn, which is fine because it’s on the cheaper end, but there is a faint cigarette smell (warning for those with asthma or allergies) and if we’d known that detail, we wouldn’t have rented it. The car got great gas mileage, and drove fine for a little 3 cylinder. The AC went out while we were in 95 degrees and heavy traffic, which was scary because we thought maybe it was overheating, but once the slow down passed and we were up to speed again, it kicked back on. All around, it was a fine car.
Hello Nykole:
1. Regarding the smell, we don’t have history of people smoking in it. I assume the car is just getting old and therefore has the scent. We tried our best to remove it.
2. Regarding the AC, this car has a tiny engine and it powers everything the best when moving. Under very hot weather and Chicago rush hour traffic it’s normal to feel the AC weak down a little.
