Car had no toll pass even though profile says it does, missing lug nut in one tire and a separate tire had a cracked rim, paid for phone holder I didn’t receive and then was told i had to go pick it up

I just wanted to share my experience renting this car on turo.
The car run smoothly and no problem at all. Great gas saver car.
The best part is the host is very very active. Any concern I had they reply back asap.
I will definitely rent this car. Pretty soon .
