First time using turo and he was very nice about everything. E planned how it worked and even when I could not make it back in time because of a hail storm he did not get angry or upset he instructed me on what I needed to do and that was it. Great experience will be renting again if needed

Transmission or motor problems possibly had issues with catching to speed and when you did it made a weird noise
