This was the worst Turo experience I’ve ever had.
We got a notification that our car got AirTagged at 3 in the morning and tracked us for our trip. Terrifying, by the way, when you are two women traveling alone in a different state. We contacted the host and they admitted to having an AirTag in the car, which is banned by Turo. Will never book again and have reported the host.

The AirTag was used solely as an anti-theft measure to protect the vehicle, never to monitor guests. At the time, I was unaware this conflicted with Turo's policy. When contacted, I was transparent about its presence and took your concern seriously. I understand the notification was unsettling and regret that it negatively impacted your experience. The car itself had zero issues. Tires & brakes are brand new. Good MPG. I offer free road side assistance. Car comes equipped with car charger.
Car was terrific. With its high mpg, the vehicle only took about 30 dollars for less than 300 miles. Good host.
