The vehicle was not roadworthy on pickup, with a 24 PSI tyre and a broken turn signal. The host asked me to buy a replacement bulb myself, but when I couldn’t find anyone to fit it, I returned the car. I was then told it was my decision to return it - as opposed to the fact that I can’t drive the car without a turn signal?? And then Turo advised to book an All-Star Host next time. At a bare minimum, every vehicle on the platform should be roadworthy before it’s handed over. Missed my whole day of activities. First experience w Turo was not great.

Met host in person and was great . Would def rent again in a heartbeat ! Highly recommend p.s this baby will save you on gas !
