First, Costa was a phenomenal host. He was polite, responsive, and his communications were clear and easy to understand.
Second, I selected this car based on prior reviews commenting on how easy car pick up /drop off was. I did not want to bother with transportation to/from a secondary location. I can enthusiastically echo those reviews! Pick up/drop off from the on-site garage was a dream. A one-minute covered walk from the terminal and I was at the car.
Third, the car was great! It was clean and well-maintained. It drove well and the premium functions were all intuitive and easy to figure out. Being a hybrid, gas mileage was great.
All-in-all an excellent experience. If I find myself in Denver again, I will 100% return to Costa for a car.
