I rent cars twice a year when in Denver. Probably not use Turo again. With The process to pick up and drop off car, and no person there to help, should be lower cost. And when I agreed to use a different vehicle because you hasd an issue, I should have been at least offered a discount as I was helping your company out.

Renting this car was a super smooth and easy experience from start to finish. The checkout process was quick and hassle-free, which made everything really convenient.
